Empathetic HR leader with a focus on process automation and employee well-being

I handle employee insurance mainly under HR operations, process automation, and child day care management.
Being empathetic is key to my role in insurance. It’s a sensitive topic that demands me to be an approachable, understandable person.
I take pride in automating the process of releasing offer letters digitally, which was a significant achievement in my career. Whereas earlier, it was all manual. However, nothing can be achieved so easily; it requires some hard work and patience.
With that said, I’ve also made mistakes and faced escalations. Human errors are possible, but what we learn from our mistakes and how we find a permanent solution for them matters. At the same time, we need to ensure that we don’t repeat them again.
I can't think of anything in particular. Even if it was embarrassing, I wouldn’t classify it as embarrassing because whatever I have done so far has given me joy and happiness. So do what excites you!
